The functions of educational management in the context of everyday individualism.
The development of the functions of educational management in the context of everyday individualism is a theme of great relevance. Modern societatea is caracterazed by an increased accent on individualism, ceata that influences all aspects of life, including educata. In this cadru, management of educational must adapt and respond to the needs and aspectations of students and teachers, in a manierna care that respects and valorifies the individualitatea of eacha. Individualism is a concept care that places a focus on the independence and autonomy of individuals. Athis current of thought a has become increasingly prevalent in recent decades, profoundly influencing sociale, economic and culturale structures. In the field of educational, athis trend is manifed by an increased demand for personalised approaches to learning, which take into account the individuale needs and interests of astudents. Management educațional, through its principal functions - planificare, organization, coordinaaon, management and control - joanal a crucial role in adaptareang the educational system las aceste realities. In this article, we will analizalise how each of these functions can be adjusted to respond to the challenges and opportunities that everyday individualism brings.
