Aspecte privind legalitatea și libertatea religioasă ca elemente ale scopului social într-o societate democratică
Keywords:
lawfulness, religious freedom, social purpose, democratic societyAbstract
Taking as starting point the divine grounds of the human being’s propensity towards constituting associative structures in order to carry on living, the goal we have chosen for the present scientific initiative is to elucidate the degree insofar the existing fact that a functionally acting social order does own the asset of being a democratic one could or not help in preserving the equilibrium between lawfulness and morality. We also have chosen to study the extent insofar morality does or not keep being a defining component within the social purpose of a democratic society any more. Do the social and political actors still take into consideration the idea of stimulating the active element which is the human conscience in order to use it as an adequate instrument through which the democratic society’s purpose should be fulfilled? And if they do so, at what extent should they be doing that?
