Abstract

The present work is dedicated to the analysis of the legal frames which respectively concern the religious freedom and the public administration as it does function in Romania, so that we should be able to establish what is the role which might be assumed by the public administration in the appropriate revaluation of the constitutional norm concerning the freedom of conscience. Our analysis does start from the author’s opinion that the public administration ought to assume the only task of creating the suitable material conditions enabling the easiness of access, for all of the Romanian citizens, towards the actually enforced legislation concerning the freedom of conscience. The present work is dedicated to the analysis of the legal frames which respectively concern the religious freedom and the public administration as it does function in Romania, so that we should be able to establish what is the role which might be assumed by the public administration in the appropriate revaluation of the constitutional norm concerning the freedom of conscience.
