Abstract

The article is investigating the changes that occur in the religious space of Ukrainian society under the influence of globalization. The analysis of new forms of religiosity as a product of enculturation of various models of non-church and non-confession of religiosity. Identify factors loss of interest to traditional religious cultures and practices. It clarifies state legal support of outlook belief of population and its conformity to modern social needs. It is concluded that the protection of the rights to freedom of religion is an important condition for the formation of a democratic constitutional state.
