Abstract

The article examines the legal framework guarantees freedom of conscience and freedom of religion. Analyzed the religious network and logistical support of religious practices performed typology of religious organizations, considered the current model of church-state relations. We present the factors on which have the right to exercise religious freedom. Examples Ukraine confirm existing religious freedoms.
