Abstract

Freedom of Conscience Manifested Through the Art of Superior Speech.
The art of superior speech to convince through beautiful speech, as a factor of culture and spiritual formation, can represent a fundamental element for human rights, education and lasting peace in view of freedom of conscience. In this sense, the art of eloquence must be analyzed from the point of view of aesthetics, purpose and unity between the form and content of a speech. Then it is necessary to examine the qualities and composition of eloquent speech. Freedom of human conscience manifested intellectually and spiritually through verbal communication represents the main phenomenon of human life through which he can transform his thinking into word and deed. Man is born with superior cerebral structures capable of transforming internal language into verbal language. The evolution of the process of forming human consciousness and thinking is determined by speech. Speech, which man enjoys, is the invaluable gift given by God to man. Social life and human life are possible through verbal communication. Words of love, peace, gratitude, hope, faith, victory, encouragement, longing, comfort, work, fraternity, praise, transformed into deeds, become fundamental values of human life. The charm of speech is the superior manifestation of human thinking through work and culture, it is the synthesis of human desires to find out, retain, create, be, preserve and become. Freedom of thought and conscience implies the fundamental right of man to manifest his convictions individually or collectively, in public or in private in education, religion, society or the arts. Man is God’s creation, free to think, act and react to the problems of the social, religious and economic life of humanity.
