Abstract

This article presents some significant ideas about socio-economic cohesion and convergence, underpinning European development through coherent project management implementation. Research is exploratory, oriented on proposals for a better articulated European ideal. Cohesion and convergence, pillars of contemporary society, represent minimum conditions of sustainable project management, especially promoted through the European Social Fund. Without cohesion and convergence, European project management have no sense. Team cooperation, mainly applicable to project management, is a minimum requirement of praxeology theory, of responsible and well done job (Kotarbinski, 1976). The reminded ideas are goals that every actor’s current project management system should understand in order to remain non-isolated, outside the social network.
