Church and Society: a Christian Vision of Contemporary Society’s Pluralism.
The relationship between the Christian Church and the contemporary postmodern society is not an easy one, especially when one addresses the issue of pluralism. Hence, the present article brings into discussion a Christian vision of pluralism, seeking the theoretical theological and biblical framework within which such a discussion could take place. The need for such a study is immense since the reality of globalization brings up important challenges to the Christian Church nowadays. Therefore, the Christian Church and theologians need to articulate solid biblical and theoretical grounds for a substantial and proper understanding of the reality of pluralism, one that contains within itself a proper biblical vision for common good and human flourishing.
