Peace - missionary priority of the Church at the beginning of the third millennium.
Peace represents a missionary priority for the Church in the current context. The biblical foundations regarding peace encompass the issues of reconciliation and inclusion, affirming the Savior as the „Mediator” of Peace. There is a natural concern for peace today, both at the level of ecumenical dialogue and pan-Orthodox collaboration, particularly in the tragic context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Therefore, a theological evaluation of peace is necessary from the perspective of the Church’s missionary principles.
