Legal Implications for the Global Education Crisis.
The global crisis in education has many legal implications, which must be properly addressed. The right to education is recognized in international human rights provisions such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Legal protection of children’s rights in times of crisis is essential and access to justice must be ensured for them. The legal response to the global crisis in education requires the revision of existing legislation, the creation of a specific legal framework, the strengthening of international cooperation and constant monitoring and evaluation. Improving the legal framework is crucial for protecting children’s rights and effectively addressing crises in education.
