The „Angel” and the „Seraphim” of the Bessarabian Existential Universe
The story is the most beautiful way to say simple, profound and painfully true things. Stories grow and form generations. The fight between good and bad has always taken the mark of didacticism, and the victory of good over bad is a natural victory because, otherwise, it cannot be, and this victory enjoyed and gave hope for life. In most traditions, the singing of the cock symbolized the victory of light over darkness and the victory of good upon bad. The cock is considered as a solar symbol, which the folklore traditions implies with protective virtues, for example, the cock casts out the demons at night and calls the sun. „Povestea cu cocoșul roșu”, written by Vasile Vasilache, is a novel with subtextual surprises and it is an existential story
about a people who wants “to be United in Faith”.
