The Person – Image of Freedom and Human Value.
The present study „The Person – Image of Freedom and Human Value” explores the complex relationship between the human person, freedom, and value, emphasizing that the human being cannot be understood apart from their spiritual and relational dimension. The first section highlights the human person as a being situated between individuality and communion, called to transform personal existence into openness toward others and toward God. The second part analyzes the conceptual distinctions and intersections between individual, self, and person, showing that the authentic person transcends biological and social definitions through consciousness, responsibility, and inner freedom. The third section focuses on personality as the dynamic expression of personal uniqueness and as the path toward spiritual maturity. Thus, personality is seen as the visible manifestation of the person’s interior freedom and moral integrity. Ultimately, the paper argues that true human freedom is inseparable from the person’s vocation to communion, meaning, and transcendence — the foundation of human dignity and authentic existence.
