Abstract

The atypical laws that govern our lives: between the rigor of the norm and freedom of conscience.
The study entitled ”Atypical laws that govern our lives: between the rigor of the norm and freedom of conscience” represents a long-standing concern of ours and is interdisciplinary in nature. In our scientific approach, we focused mainly on the legal approach, which seeks the rigor of the norm in various aspects of reality. Since the concept of ”norm” goes beyond the exclusive domain of law, we also made references to an interdisciplinary approach based on two main hypotheses: one concerning the influence of atypical laws on the perception of moral and legal responsibility, and the other concerning their impact on adaptability and decisions in educational and professional contexts. The paper also aims to encourage the opinions of specialists in various fields of science, technology, and art, given the classic definition of law formulated by the jurists of ancient Rome: ”jus est ars boni et aequi”.
