Abstract

Transmitting constitutional values through the legal language specific to an era. Legislative communication - case study: The Izlaz Proclamation and the 1948 Constitution.
The language of a country is constantly evolving, even when it comes to legal language, considered by many to be a wooden language, highly specialized, with characteristic expressions, closed. However, legal language maintains links with the common language, spoken by all citizens, and when legislation changes, legal vocabulary can undergo changes due to various factors, such as a change in ideology in the era, influences coming from outside along with the change in values in society, in which case the collective mentality and expression play a role in expressing paradigm shifts, which can be reflected in constitutional language. This paper will consist of a comparative study that aims to show two turning points in the terminology used in legal law issues: the first part considers the period when legal language was born in Romania and the second part highlights the way in which the ideology of an era can influence the communication of specific values by introducing terms with a high ideological load in legislation.
